Microsoft to Incorporate OpenAI Services Into All Products

Source: https://openai.com/blog/microsoft/
Not only is Microsoft integrating OpenAI's flagship products, such as ChatGPT and Dall-E 2, into its own core lineup (Word, PowerPoint, Bing, etc.), the tech giant is also integrating OpenAI's capabilities into Azure.
Why this matters: Azure is Microsoft's cloud computing platform - so if all of OpenAI's capabilities are built into it, it'll be much easier to built applications, websites, and businesses using services such as ChatGPT. Think of G-Suite or AWS powered by OpenAI's tools - it's an insanely powerful combination.
How to Find a Job in AI

This newsletter is primarily geared towards makers - those of you who want to use AI as the foundation to your business, or perhaps just as a supplement to it. However, if you want to explore a career in AI and get your hands dirty before potentially striking out on your own, here's an article from Forbes to help you get your bearings in the AI job market.
Why this matters: The best way to start a successful company in an industry is to know that industry intimately - and starting your career at an AI company is a great way to do that.
ChatGPT Won't Be Free Forever - and Its Becoming Less Accessible

If you've tried to access ChatGPT in the last week, chances are you've seen an error message similar to the one above. There are even some who are being prompted to tell OpenAI how much they'd be willing to pay for ChatGPT, and those who are being allowed to purchase a professional version that promises unlimited access. This the beginning of the monetization of ChatGPT, which isn't surprising considering it's estimated to cost about $3M to run per month, which is about $100K a day.
Why this matters: If you're regularly using ChatGPT for personal or business use, prepare to budget the cost in. We'll inform you here as soon as we get info on pricing.

Business Idea of the Week
Not gonna lie, Twitter has been cooling off this week - so we had to come up with one on our own:
Building ChatBots for Businesses

Have you ever texted with a chatbot and thought: "Can I please talk to a real person - or at least a robot with some personality?” Well - frustrating chatbots might be a thing of the past.
GPT-3 has the power to revolutionize the way businesses interact with their customers. By creating chatbots powered by GPT-3, businesses can provide quick and efficient customer service, automate repetitive tasks, and gather valuable customer data. These chatbots can be used in any industry, from e-commerce to healthcare, and can be easily integrated into existing systems. Not only can GPT-3 chatbots save businesses time and money, but they can also improve customer satisfaction and drive sales. If you're looking for a way to leverage the latest technology and make money, creating GPT-3 chatbots and selling to businesses is a great option to consider.
Tool of the Week

Have you ever been in a tricky situation and found yourself asking: "What would Joe Biden do"? Well, me neither - but you could ask someone else instead. Thanks to the rise of chatbots, you can now have virtual conversations with just about anyone you can think of. Character.Ai allows you to chat with celebrities, historical figures, and fictional characters. But it's not just limited to pre-existing characters, you can create your own too! Some of our personal favorites to chat with include Albert Einstein, Plato, Socrates, and Tony Stark.
Imagine being able to pick the brains of some of the greatest minds in history! Don't miss out on conversing with the people you admire.
Picture of the Week
For our DALLE-2 picture of the week, we've browsed through the realms of the internet and found one on Reddit that immediately caught our eyes. Shoutout to Reddit user u/mike95242 for coming up with the prompt "Kermit the Frog testifies at a Congressional committee hearing, Washington, D.C., circa 1953, newspaper photograph high quality”. We love how it turned out:

We've taken it one step further and asked ChatGPT for the corresponding newspaper article - it ended up being too long to include here, but here's the headline that the bot came up with:
"Kermit the Frog Testifies Before Congress, Makes a Splash in D.C. Politics"
